    Salary: £30,868 per annum

    Location: Wythenshawe (M22)

    Hours of work: 35 per week

    We have a brilliant new opportunity for a Resident Involvement Officer to join our growing Resident & Customer Experience team at Wythenshawe Community Housing Group.
     

    Last year our 218 actively involved customers volunteered a total of 3,250 hours of their time to scrutinise our performance, influence our policies, contribute to strategic priorities, agree service standards, inspect services and help deliver and improve services locally.
     

    The successful candidate will be part of a team of three officers planning and delivering meaningful customer engagement activities.
     

    Main duties will include;
     

    The successful candidate will be responsible for proactively developing the Resident Involvement service through digital channels.
     

    You will work with colleagues to identify, develop and deliver involvement opportunities across the business, designed to meet the objectives of the Resident Involvement Strategy.  You will be part of a team managing the process of recruiting and retaining local volunteers to take up customer involvement opportunities at WCHG.  You will support our strong customer panels by taking minutes and following up on actions as well as providing training.

    In order to undertake this role you will require the following key skills, knowledge & experience;
     

      • Will have proven use of social media to engage with customers and residents (Essential)
      • Experience of customer engagement and running of panels
      • Strong digital campaign skills and experience
      • Previous experience in working in resident engagement e.g. running customer committees, or digital campaigns seeking scrutiny or views from customers to improve business practice.
